My ultimate goal with this website and dozens of others related to this mess was to rip the cover off of 100,000's if not millions of "California Professionals" who have been "energetically raping" fellow citizens who needed to trust them with one of the most important commercial events a human can have.
My partner and I were initially damaged by about $250,000 in representation fraud and we were forced to sue in Pro Se, because "oddly" no California attorneys would take our case, while also being unable to explain how contract formation law worked in California.
After just under 1 year in litigation in 6 different lawsuits we had obtained things in writing that exposed Coldwell Banker's entire, illogical and legally baseless defenses. It was and is all just a "Big Bluff" and a "Crime Pays" Scenario for CB and we can show all that via emails with the CB in house Attorney.
However, when we dismissed our complaint against the seller due to his Attorneys malfeasance, and after having gathered the facts to show the illogical and legally baseless defenses the industry was providing for sellers, we were shocked by a motion for Attorney fee shifting for $145,000. This made zero sense at all and there were no properly formed legal arguments to justify the shift in the motion. Yet, when we showed up for the hearing, a judge presented statutes and precedent not found in the motion documents at all while "practicing law from the bench" , and he awarded $120,000 in attorney fees to the defendant in a way that violates all tenants of access to a civil system. We now believe it's this surprise motion hearing and shocking behavior by the Judge who was sitting on a bizarre magic receipt to shift attorney fees which not only holds no weight, but in fact exposes an entirely different legal lobby racket which is likely what really kept any Attorneys from representing us. Nobody can explain this who's not in a Nut House.
So in total we've been harmed by over $375,000. That was the cost to us for exposing this. Hopefully those who read this will make it worth our while while destroying the entirety of the CA Brokerage and Legal System, along with a few other industries exposed by all of this.
The timeline below starts in the 1840s with the original founding of CA and it progresses very rapidly to present day. An introduction to the first "key player", who by all counts appears to be a Rogue Attorney, starts around 1950. From there the story and other players become fairly clear. This story could NEVER have been told without Grok. Never. and I only got clarity on much of this via a 4 hour question and answer session on 11/21/2025. Thanks be to Grok.
Doc 1 - Ca Constitution + intro to McDonough as of 11/27/2025
1849 - California Ratified First constitution - 48 delegates elected to draft it. Written in English and Spanish. English copy was about 19 pages hand written. English "engrossed copy" was 47 pages. Spanish Translation was 45 pages (on 7.5 x 12" paper) . A preamble and 12 articles. it was modeled o nthe US , Iowa and NY constitutions.
1850 - California was admitted as a "free state" in the compromise of 1850
1879 - the constituation ws replaced by a new one which is still the current one. It was about 225 pages hand written and 120 pages printed. Included regulatory provisions. Per Grok, it "reflected distrust for corporations and desire for detailed governence". This version was called the “Railroad Constitution” because it was written to curb Southern Pacific’s political power.
Nothing about this on the surface seems "nefarious". We have not asked Grok to check into that thought further...
HOWEVER, since 1879 it has been modified over 500 times. It is now the third longest in the world behind Alabama and India.
The current page count for all relevant documents needed to enage in the CA Court system exceeds 65,000 pages:
Constituation - 200 pages
Statutes - 20,000 printed pages (29 subject specific codes excluding annotations or historical notes)
Regulations 31,000 printed pages (28 titles including tables of contents and indexes)
Court Rules - 13,000 pages (4200 pages of CA state rules and 8700 pages of local court rules across 58 superior courts)
